RETURNS POLICY
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with a purchased product from Klucz, you can get your money back. Please email us at info@klucz.com.au to see if we can resolve the issue, or provide you with our returns information (you are responsible for shipping and return fees).
Conditions of Returns
Returns must be received within 45 days of receipt of product. You will be refunded once we receive the product back. We do therefore recommend tracking be used when returning products. We do not refund any delivery or return shipping fees.
Damages
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and correct any mistakes at no expense to you.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
