SHIPPING POLICY
Klucz is an Australian company based in NSW (New South Wales). All orders within Australia are shipped using Australia Post (excluding orders made through Amazon).
All orders placed are dispatched the following business day (Mon - Fri, excluding public holidays in NSW). This is not guaranteed, especially during busy periods (including, but not limited to December - January).
Shipping Costs:
Klucz shipping costs are consistent with Australia Post shipping costs.
Shipping Timeframes:
New South Wales: 2-4 business days
Rest of Australia: 3-6 business days
Tracking:
All orders include a tracking number which will be sent to you after dispatch. If the parcel is late or is not delivered, please notify us be email no later than 5 days after it is considered late or delivered. All of our deliveries have 'Authority to Leave' at a safe location, so please check for this, as fairly regularly the courier will place your parcel somewhere near the front of your door and out of the weather if they can.
Please note, you are responsible for listing the correct delivery address on your order - if it is incorrect and the package is returned to us, you will need to pay an additional delivery fee for the re-delivery cost.
